The ticket secretary reports that guest tickets for Friday have now sold out. As a matter of interest to members all used stamps received by the ticket secretary are sold for the benefit of Moorfields Eye Hospital.

On Saturday 24th January the 2009 ‘Centenary Remenham Challenge’ was run on the Tideway reach of the Thames. A good turnout, reflecting the diversity of the founding clubs, from novice to veteran, turned up to race in 8′s for the 2009 pennant on a bitterly cold afternoon.

Remenham has a limit on the number of members and is currently full. At each of its (approximately) quarterly meetings the committee reviews applications for membership.
