On Saturday 24th January the 2009 ‘Centenary Remenham Challenge’ was run on the Tideway reach of the Thames. A good turnout, reflecting the diversity of the founding clubs, from novice to veteran, turned up to race in 8′s for the 2009 pennant on a bitterly cold afternoon.
