The last mailing by the Ticketing Secretary will be before his post arrives tomorrow (Tuesday) after that any badges will be left at the Treasurer’s Box for collection.

The tickets secretary reports that the Saturday has sold out of badges for guests. The Sunday club car park is almost full, with only a handful left.

The car park tickets for the club car park for the Friday of this year’s regatta have sold out. Other days are still available.

The 2011 Card of Arrangements was sent recently to members with their badges and forms for guest tickets to this year’s Regatta.

Members should be advised that the ticketing operation will transfer to Henley from Tuesday evening. The ticket secretary will not be at home to receive either email or telephone calls. All enquiries should be made via the Treasurer’s Box.

Guest tickets for the Saturday of this year’s Regatta have now sold out. Members requiring tickets for Saturdays for guests will have to wait until the start of the Regatta and enquire about returns at the Treasurer’s Box.
